The Century Hotel is an executive, boutique hotel and we are now accepting resumes for a front desk position. Previous hotel experience is preferred but we are willing to train. If you are detail oriented, able to multi-task, love working with people and are interested in joining our team of professionals, we would like to meet you. You will be supported by an experienced staff and respectful ownership.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

*this is a temporary position through August or September
*assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
*initiate conversation and answer various questions from guests
*follow proper protocol while checking guests in and of the hotel
*issue room keys while maintaining the safety and security of all hotel guests *politely answer telephones and efficiently process guest reservations
*reply to emails in a professional manner
*act as a concierge, as well as arrange transportation for guests
*maintain a professional demeanor under stress
*possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Office programs
*be able to work as a team member with all staff.

Need to be available weekends and weekdays. Schedule will vary based on occupancy. Competitive compensation will be offered to qualified applicants.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
